QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

   As the sole proprietor of Mapjoin Technologies, I am the primary point of contact for all client personnel involved in GIS/Database development.  I have worked on a variety of GIS projects, gaining a wealth of experience in a relatively short period of time. Since early 1998 while still enrolled in the Master’s of Geography program at the University of North Dakota, I have worked as both a consultant and employee, involved in all phases of GIS development. I believe strongly that good design & problem solving skills stem from a fundamental understanding of how and why systems work. My unique educational & professional background affords clients the combined benefits of project experience, a sound understanding of basic geographic principles, substantial programming skills, and a personal commitment to each client’s specific needs. The following qualifications section includes my resume, preceded by descriptions of support services and facilities. With respect to support services, I assume five categories encompassing the range of tasks involved in GIS development.
